Astorg - Gazing at the Hypnotic Water Gleams The acoustic chords starting the track sound very beautiful and we get some strings in the background that aren't overpowering but add great depth to the track. The track really flows beautifully as we start to hear more structure coming into place. This is a track that tells a story completely through instrumentation. Neverskin - Piece Of Mind Nice little melodic echoing riff to start the track quickly followed by a thick heavy riff that drives the track forward. The track takes a slower approach after this initial riff, the guitars get super fuzzy and low. Catchy soft clean vocals make this song really enjoyable. The lyrics are relatable and well delivered. Kerr Lordygan - True Grime Investigation You can tell straight away that instrumentally the song is going to be heavy from these intro riffs. The use of guitar tone to portray emotions here is very well done. I think the cleaner vocals definitely could have been mixed better and had some more effects layered into them but the harsher vocals sound pretty good. The effects used on the guitar are heavy , thick and have a really great headbanging quality. True Grime Investigation

Dissociate - Tom Loves Capital This track wastes no time blowing out your eardrums, in a way you enjoy. Its a short track but doesn't disappoint with bringing the heaviness and super thick , distorted guitars. This is a great mixture of thrash and punk attitude and execution. Nonvector - Ashen Time this track starts of with a droning sound of a synthesizer like we are floating in space and something big is going to happen. We are immediately then thrown into a punch in the face with this progressive style of metal with very nicely discernable bass. Thick , powerful riffs and the vocalist comes into this with a nice harmony and storytelling quality to the voice. Revenge of Insanity - Darkness Creeps All Over This track jumps right into insanely heavy crushing riffs and a ton of dissonant chords and it sounds absolutely brutal. There is an unexpected switch up here with some atmospheric sound effects that sound very space like and the vocalist comes in with an approach I was not thinking would be the case. DEFICIENCY - The Nest No wasted time here. The band wants you to know they mean business. We get thrown face first into an absolute thrash onslaught with some beautiful very thrash like progressions. I had a good feeling it was going to be heavy before the instruments even dropped in and I wasn't wrong. This track has some serious groove to it. Nice chunky , slow riffs, thick chunky bass, and a vocalist that really understood his job. Melodic and heavy vocally. Shadowvale - Midas This opening riff is straight to the point with a crunchy , HEAVY, doom filled riff and just the right amount of dissonance. Things start to get really sludgy when the vocals kick in. You can hear a bit of a hardcore element in this song as well but I think the sludgy doom stoner(ish) riffs shine here. The Sheep Destroyer Crew - Fury This band has a very interesting , humorous name and a bad ass logo so i had to check it out. I was not disappointed. The main riff to this song is fantastic and continues to merge into more and more impressive texture and mood changes. Vocalist did a good job of expressing emotion , matching the relatable lyrics. The lyric video is well made and compliments the destructive vibes this track offers. this just has a classic heavy metal feel to it

Lost Soul - Greatness Drained This is one of those tracks you can tell from the opening riff its going to hit like a freight train. There is an interesting blend happening here. The main riff has a heavy , southern(ish) doom vibe and insanely harsh guttural vocals. The first verse has a reminiscence to CKY or early 2000s alternative metal.
